Empire Offroad Warranty
Empire Offroad aims to offer quality products to our customers and backs it with a One (1) Year from purchase date warranty against defects in materials. Empire Offroad will, at its discretion, repair or replace any products that exhibit defects in materials and/or workmanship during the warranty period. Assessments of defective parts are performed before replacements are shipped. If you have an outside the box situation, give us a message, we want to help.
Please hold on to your order confirmation! All warranty service requires original sales receipt documentation with Order Number. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser.
To get the process started, we ask that you do due diligence of checking all connections, troubleshooting any Bluetooth situations by checking the fuse and taking the power/negative leads off the battery and restarting your phone, so we can diagnose quickly for the correct replacement part.
