What is better than a quality product? when the customer service can answer every call you make and are happy to help! Top Notch guys, I had some quetions and gave Empire a call, Mac answered the phone and not only answered all my questions, but gave me the confidence that I could install these on my own! I'm sure I went 500x slower than them, but to have them be willing to help and explain and educate me is why I will always support Empire!

The initial customer service Matt brought from the beginning of our interaction was the core decision that led me into purchasing his merchandise, all instructions was very easy, Matt was very respectful and open/forth coming to ask any questions I may had along the install process.
